At Veo 4 Video, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund experience. This policy explains how subscription refunds, renewals, and credit packages are handled.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription purchases are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Usage does not exceed 10% of total subscription credits
  • Refunds are pro-rated, deducting the value of credits already used
  • Payment processing fees (~5%) charged by payment providers (e.g., Stripe/Creem) will be deducted

2. Subscription Renewal Refunds

We understand users may miss a renewal. We offer full refunds for automatic renewals if:

  • The renewal was automatic
  • No credits were used during the renewed billing period
  • The request is made within 7 days of renewal
  • Processing fees will be deducted
  • The subscription is cancelled immediately upon refund approval

3. Credit Packages

We offer partial refunds for credit packs under these conditions:

  • Less than 50% of purchased credits have been used
  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • Refund amount equals unused credits minus processing fees
  • Used credits are non-refundable

4. Subscription Plan Changes

If you accidentally purchased an annual plan instead of a monthly plan:

  • We can convert it to monthly
  • One month of subscription fee + processing fees will be deducted
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Processing fees
  • Credit packages with over 50% usage
  • Subscription time that has already passed
  • Subscription purchases beyond the 7-day window
  • Subscriptions with more than 200 credits used
  • Renewal periods where any credits were used
  • Credit packages purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Promotional/discounted purchases marked as non-refundable
  • Accounts restricted for Terms of Service violations or abuse

6. Technical Failures / Double Charges

If a technical issue on our side prevents use of the service, or if you were double-charged, we will issue a refund or credits after verification.

7. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with:

  1. Account email
  2. Reason for your request
  3. Order/transaction ID

We will respond within 2–5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please review periodically for changes.
